SPEAKER NEWS: Food blogger Alex Williams

That sounds like every dad's dream but you don't have to dream about it anymore. Did you know that food is the one of most searched topic on the web and the third largest viewing segment on TV? Alexander is writing a book called, "Fat Man Approved: Eating My Way Around America" and has been busy all year doing what he likes to call "field tests."

He's already tackled cities in Texas like Houston, Katy, Dallas and more. Plus, he's recently conducted food tours in Chicago and has his eyes set on Austin, TX later this month. While in Chicago, Alexander had a chance to eat some of the best food he could find.
