DAD RIGHTS: Workshop will help fathers

(www.DaddyBlogging.com) - When it comes to dads and family court, things can get a little dicey. That's why DaddyBlogging.com is proud to announce a special workshop to help dads understand their rights. Can't wait until July 17? No worries. Attendees at the DaddyBlogging.com UNconference will be able to get their questions answered by father's rights activist Roger Madden who joins DaddyBlogging.com as a speaker. Roger will help dads understand and fight for their rights. "I am honored," said Madden. "I graduated from UofE, and I hold a B.S. Degree in Law Enforcement. My educational knowledge are in the areas of Constitutional Rights, Law and Interpretation, Abnormal and Lifespan Psychology, Paralegal Studies, and Family Law." Roger runs Father's United for Visitation Enforcement, which was created for fathers, stepfathers, grandparents, and guardians who need to know about their equal rights, rules and laws in order to spend quality time with their children. Can't wait until July? Here's a sneak peek of the Five Biggest Mistakes Men make in Family court: 1. Failing to respond: This is the biggest mistake of all! Men commonly fail to respond to legal actions. They simply don’t do anything at all. 2. Incorrect legal advice: Every one has a family member or friend that has been through a divorce or related family court actions. 3. Signs bad settlement agreement: Men that have failed to obtain the proper information and assistance often sign a bad settlement agreement called a Stipulated Judgment or Marital Settlement Agreement. 4. Doesn’t perform agreements: The message here is simple. Don’t sign an agreement you don’t like. - 5. Becomes frustrated, gives up: It’s no secret that the Family Court continues to be biased in favor of women. Although this bias has subsided in recent years due to new laws and guidelines, it still exists. Like this article? Read more at: http://www.fathersrightsinc.com/tfbmmmifc.htm#sthash.sLE4gQna.dpuf
